Description
Mr. Broten was a former Saskatchewan M.L.A and leader of Her Majesty's Opposition and has commenced employment with Saskatchewan Egg Producers. He was not a government M.L.A and had limited access with the Ministry of Agriculture. He has applied for a limited exemption - just one month earlier than the legislation specifies. In my view it is in the public interest to grant the requested exemption as contemplated by section 9 of The Lobbyists Act.
